Susan's Legacy has been a charitable, nonprofit organization since 2000. Our agency relies on the generosity of the community to provide the support we need to impact the lives of women with co-occurring disorders. - $25 will provide group counseling for one client
- $50 will provide individual counseling for one client
- $100 will provide weekly services for one client

Susan's Legacy provides integrated treatment for women with co-occurring mental health and addiction disorders. Through mental health counseling, we are able to help clients mitigate emotional and psychological difficulties to enable personal stability.

As a part of the integrated services provided by Susan's Legacy, addiction counseling and support groups assist clients in remaining free of addiction. Clients learn life skills, resiliency, parenting skills, and more

Case Management
An essential component of Susan's Legacy's program is intensive case management. The goals include assisting clients in living independently, becoming economically self-sustaining, and reuniting mothers with their children. Case managers link clients with community services that provide job development, housing, health care, and other essential services.
