How To ENROLL
If you are ready to take the next step towards recovery, stability, and self-sufficiency, we are here to help! First things first, CALL US at 505-967-7395. You will be screened for eligibility based on a series of questions regarding your current situation. Once you are found eligible for the program, you will be scheduled for a face-to-face intake. This process can take up to two hours, be ready!
Please bring with you: Identification card(s), Insurance cards, and any medical information specific to your situation (eg: psychiatric evaluations, list of prescription medications). At that point, you are officially enrolled in the program (yay!) and can begin various services with us. We look forward to helping you meet your goals!
